My family has known Chandler since she and Larry were making house calls while they figured out where they were going to put their very own vet practice. They ended up building in the far northeast corner of Frisco, what was then in the middle of nothing and nowhere. They sure knew what they were doing. That was more than 20 years ago. When we found out they were raising grass fed beef, we were ecstatic. We immediately purchased half a cow, with no hesitation whatsoever. It was so wonderful that our long time vet and friend was going to be providing our beef and that we were going to be supporting her in return. We knew it would be amazing and needless to say, we were right.
We have had several cuts so far along with the ground beef. This grass fed beef is so lean and yet so incredibly tasty and juicy. It's the best of both worlds--healthy AND delicious. We have used the ground beef for everything from burgers to tacos to chili and it always tastes fantastic. All of the steaks have been tremendous, especially the ribeyes--incredibly flavorful and more tender than any ribeye we've ever had. In addition, the New York strips, flank steak, pot roast and short ribs we have had were all excellent. The bottom line is that we ordered a side of beef this year and next year we're getting a whole cow. Five stars!!!"
